Casa Scollo was born from a lifelong connection to the food, traditions, and culture of Sicily.

I was born and raised in Sicily, where food was never simply something to eat. It was part of everyday life—something prepared at home, shared around the table, and passed from one generation to the next.

When I moved to the United States, I brought those memories with me. Over the years, cooking became a way to stay connected to Sicily while also sharing a part of my heritage with the people around me.

Casa Scollo is my way of bringing that experience to your table.

We prepare traditional Sicilian and Italian foods using recipes and techniques inspired by the cooking I grew up with. From handmade pasta and breads to classic Sicilian dishes and seasonal specialties, our goal is simple: honest food, carefully prepared, with the flavors and spirit of Sicily.

Casa Scollo is not about reinventing Italian food. It is about respecting where it comes from.

Casa Scollo operates through online ordering and scheduled pickup. This allows us to prepare our food carefully and give each order the attention it deserves.

Our menu will continue to evolve with the seasons, with traditional dishes alongside occasional Sicilian specialties inspired by different parts of the island.
