Choose from our selection of traditional Sicilian and Italian dishes, including homemade pasta, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, meatballs, roasted vegetables, breads, focaccia, desserts, and savory catering specialties. You can select individual dishes and quantities to suit the size and style of your event, whether you are serving a few guests or organizing a larger gathering.

Our catering menu is designed to give you flexibility. You can choose a selection of family-style dishes, order larger trays for sharing, or combine main courses, side dishes, breads, desserts, and savory specialties to create a complete menu for your guests. For corporate lunches and daytime events, we also offer convenient options such as chicken salad croissant sandwiches and assorted mignon specialties.

We prepare every order with care using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes inspired by the food of Sicily and Italy. All food is prepared to order, and advance notice is recommended—especially for larger gatherings, special requests, and customized menus.

Orders can be arranged for scheduled pickup or drop-off delivery in the Rochester area. We will work with you to confirm the menu, quantities, preparation time, and pickup or delivery details.

Casa Scollo offers drop-off catering only. We prepare your food, package it carefully, and arrange scheduled pickup or delivery in the Rochester area.

Our service is ideal for family celebrations, birthdays, graduations, holidays, private gatherings, and special events where you prefer to serve the food yourself.

We do not currently offer full-service catering, staffed events, table service, or on-site cooking. However, we can help you select the right dishes and quantities for your guests and make the planning process simple.

Optional add-ons may be available for larger orders, including disposable plates, serving utensils, and disposable warming trays with fuel. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability.
